Hi, I’m Carly — a public relations, advertising, and applied communications student with a background in baking and pastry arts and a passion for telling stories through food.

My experience in the food industry has given me a hands-on understanding of the creativity, craftsmanship, and people behind what we eat. In addition to my professional pastry experience, I’m pursuing my B.S. in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communications at Florida International University, building my skills in communication, storytelling, branding, and digital media.

I’m now working toward a career in food media, where I can bring those two worlds together using my industry experience and communication background to create engaging content that makes people curious about food and the experiences that comes with it. ​​
